PCB assembly with Essemtec Paraquda
Customer-specific hardware development for series applications
We see ourselves as a competence center for electronics in the industrial environment or OEM area and accompany the entire product life cycle, from the concept phase to development and production and after-sales service. We develop our innovative and individual electronic systems according to current market requirements. In times of high competitive pressure and short product life cycles, time-to-market is decisive for the success of complex product development. We offer all process steps of a modern system design, from the concept to the realization and housing construction. A broad platform of grown know-how in power engineering and various modules are available.
For series applications, the use of cost-optimized hardware for the respective application is essential. Another basic requirement is the long-term availability of our assemblies. Our development team has many years of experience in the development of smallest low-power microcontroller systems up to high-performance processor systems including the networking of these systems with all common bus systems (Ethernet, CAN bus, etc.). The experience for the integration of special sensors and actuators is available as well as experience in the area of radio technologies such as WLAN and low power radio.
Hardware Design
Development is carried out using the latest development tools for circuit and PCB design. In addition, the most modern measuring equipment is available in-house for EMC and electrical safety tests. Our ISO-certified development process ensures high quality in product development and support during the entire product life cycle.
Schematic and layout design With Altium Designer
One of Altium's key objectives is to provide an integrated electronics development solution.
Altium Designer includes schematic entry, a PCB layout editor with integrity analysis and circuit simulation based on SPICE models.
An essential function of the program is the complete implementation of 3D models into the PCB design. Flex PCBs can be folded, placements can be visualized and rule-based spatial distance checks can be performed in real-time. The exchange with MCAD programs is possible via import and export of STEP files. There is an interface to SOLIDWORKS as well as a direct integration to 3DEXPERIENCE.
With the new Altium Designer 18 version, released on December 15th 2017, the program now works with 64-bit and supports multi-core processors, significantly improving performance over its 32-bit predecessors.
Specifically, the software offers modules for the following tasks:
Comprehensive toolset for designing and editing board layouts and schematics, extensive library content, and community-based features.
Simulation software SPICE
We quickly test your applications and validate circuit performance using numerous SPICE simulation methods.
Modular design blocks
We can use reusable design blocks by dragging and dropping them into different projects, keeping schematics and PCB circuits synchronized.
electronic rule validation
We validate the schematic designs by means of numerous electronic rule checks so that our schematics always stay on schedule.
